We began by understanding the nature of the business, the services offered, and how visitors typically seek information during this process. A site visit was conducted to experience the space firsthand and observe how everything flows in reality. This helped us better understand the full journey from a visitor’s point of view, which directly informed how we structured the content and what information needed to be prioritised on the website.
From there, we designed and developed a 13-page website that included:
- Dedicated pages to showcase the different spaces within the memorial parlour, supported by high-quality images
- Integration of video content to give visitors a more complete and realistic view of the environment
- Clear presentation of services and facilities to help users understand what is available
- A blog section to provide latest news and information
- Thoughtful layout planning to ensure the site feels organised and easy to move through
