Figma

EU Holidays

Project Summary

The Goal

Kevin approached us to redesign the existing EU Holidays website, with the intention of elevating its overall look and user experience. The goal was to move towards a more premium and polished feel, while making it easier for users to browse through travel packages, understand the offerings, and navigate smoothly from the landing page all the way to checkout. The redesign needed to balance visual appeal with clarity, ensuring users feel confident and guided throughout their journey.

The Scope

We started with an in-depth discussion to understand the current site’s limitations and Kevin’s expectations for the redesign. A key focus was improving the overall user flow, ensuring that users can easily explore destinations, compare packages, and progress towards enquiry or booking without confusion.

The project was carried out fully on Figma, where we redesigned over 20 pages across the website. This included rethinking both the visual direction and the underlying structure of each page.

From there, we developed a comprehensive design system that included:

  • A refreshed visual direction with a more luxurious and refined aesthetic to better position the brand
  • Improved page layouts to create a smoother browsing experience from landing to checkout
  • Detailed UI components, including thoughtfully designed cards that clearly present key information such as destinations, pricing, and highlights
  • Consistent spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy to improve readability and usability
  • Consideration of user behaviour at each step, ensuring important information and actions are always clear and accessible

The final outcome is a cohesive and elevated design system that not only enhances the brand’s image, but also improves how users interact with the site from start to finish.
