Khai Chuin reached out for a redesign of Neru’s website, with the aim of better showcasing their silky bamboo bedding and positioning the brand as premium and refined. A key goal was to immediately highlight their products and collections on the homepage, allowing users to quickly understand what makes Neru special. In particular, the Breeze Collection and Luna Collection were important focus points, and needed to be clearly presented to help customers compare and choose with confidence.
At the same time, the website needed to feel calm, elevated, and visually appealing, reflecting the softness and quality of the products while supporting a smooth browsing and shopping experience.
We began by understanding the brand, product positioning, and how customers typically explore bedding options. From there, we restructured the site to prioritise visual storytelling while maintaining clarity and ease of navigation.
