Project Summary

The Goal

Khai Chuin reached out for a redesign of Neru’s website, with the aim of better showcasing their silky bamboo bedding and positioning the brand as premium and refined. A key goal was to immediately highlight their products and collections on the homepage, allowing users to quickly understand what makes Neru special. In particular, the Breeze Collection and Luna Collection were important focus points, and needed to be clearly presented to help customers compare and choose with confidence.

At the same time, the website needed to feel calm, elevated, and visually appealing, reflecting the softness and quality of the products while supporting a smooth browsing and shopping experience.

The Scope

We began by understanding the brand, product positioning, and how customers typically explore bedding options. From there, we restructured the site to prioritise visual storytelling while maintaining clarity and ease of navigation.

The redesign included:

  • A refreshed homepage that brings key collections forward, allowing users to immediately explore Neru’s offerings
  • A custom-coded comparison section to clearly differentiate the Breeze Collection and Luna Collection, helping users understand the unique features of each
  • A visually-driven product page designed to showcase high-quality imagery, allowing the products to speak for themselves
  • Thoughtful layout and spacing to create a calm, premium browsing experience aligned with the brand’s identity
  • Mobile-responsive design to ensure a seamless shopping experience across devices

The final result is a more refined and product-focused website that highlights Neru’s collections beautifully, while making it easier for customers to explore, compare, and purchase with confidence.
